This application is for a home, non-profit or public property needing exterior repair. A total of $8,000 will be available in 2011 to help repaint, put on a new roof, fix a porch, or otherwise repair an historic home or other structure in need, but whose owner is unable to provide necessary funds. This reflects OTPA's mission of protecting, preserving and enhancing the unique character of the Old Towne community. |

Nomination requirements:

An historic property located within the
Old Towne Historic District. |

Work should be exterior, such as painting, landscaping,
repair or deferred upkeep. |

If a home, it must be owner occupied, if a non-commercial structure it must be locally owned and provide a non-profit community service. |

Work to be done preferably by Old Towne
contractors and vendors. |

There must be documented financial need. |
• |
Work must conform with City codes and design standards. |
