Applications are now available for a home, non-profit or public property needing exterior repair. It's a new public service project reflecting Old Towne Preservation Association's mission of protecting, preserving and, enhancing the unique character of the Old Towne community.

The $8,000 in funding comes from OTPA's membership dues, annual Home Tours, member donations, and Street Faire food and beverage booths. If successful in attracting eligible nominations, it could well become an annual OTPA project.

Applications can be submitted by owners or by other interested parties and will be accepted from now through April 1. The OTPA board will then review applications, and award the funds.

Applications may be submitted online using the Fix-Up Funding Application Form, which can be accessed by clicking on the Funding Application link located under the Home Restoration section, or download and mail a copy of the Fix-Up Funding Application Form to OTPA, Post Office Box 828, Orange, California 92856.
