OTPA's Halloween Decorating Contest winners will be selected from properties within the Old Towne Orange Historic District. We realize that there are wonderfully decorated homes throughout the City of Orange -- and we'd love to have your photos to display -- but OTPA's focus for the contest is on Old Towne (and we have limited resources in terms of time and judges -- the entire City of Orange is huge, and would take teams of judges to cover!).
Please limit yourself to one nomination per decorated house, per household - Thanks! Nominations are intended to make the judges aware of a particular home -- they are not "votes"! So one nomination is plenty!
